Instructions
Cook the rice. If you have/use overnight rice, that's better.
In a saucepan, with high heat, stir fry the kimchi for a few mins. If you have some juice from the kimchi, keep it.
Add the rice to the kimchi, if you have kimchi sauce, add it in. Mix until all the rice is orange-red from the kimchi.
Add in the spoon of chili paste, mix well. If you are using cold rice, you may want to fry it for a bit more to make them warm, if not, it's ready to serve.
Add some chopped green onions and sesame as a garnish. And top it up with a sunny egg if you like.
Notes
If you use fresh rice, it will be moister. So you may want to reduce the kimchi juice being used and vice versa.
