In 200g bread flour, mix in 2g of salt.
In a separate small bowl, add 10g of sugar to 120mL of water. Stir and melt the sugar in a hot water bath, until the water is luke-warm, around body temperature. Add 2g of active dry yeast, and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Mix the yeast to the flour mix. Mix well to form a dough.
Knead the dough until smooth dough formed. Add 10 g of butter, and continue kneading the dough until a thin membrane formed.
Cover it and let it raise at a warm place until double the size (around 45mins).
Put the dough on a floured surface, press out all the air, shape it to a round shape and leave it to rest for 15 mins.
Cut it equally to 4 different pieces. Roll each of them to a small round ball. Roll out to a flat round shape (approx 1cm in height).
Put some Nutella on the first round flat dough. Stack another one on top, add some Nutella. Repeat until all 4 dough stack up.
Transfer to a baking paper, and flattened it more with a rolling pin.
Put a cup in the middle. Make a cut from the middle, and make 16 equal parts.
Take up any 2 adjacent pieces. Hold one with each hand, twist both outwards for 3 times. Stick the end together. Repeat for all the rest.
Cover and let it raise for another 30 mins.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Add some milk/egg wash before putting into oven. Bake in the oven for 20 mins.
