Chopped the onion into small cubes.
Heat up a pot, and drizzle a bit of olive oil.
Put the onion in and stir fry until softened.
Add the beef and sear the outside of it.
Pour in the red wine, let it cook for a few mins. Add in the tomato sauce and water, mix well. If there's any foam from the beef, spoon it out carefully.
Add the bay leaf, paprika powder, and cinnamon powder, mix well. Let it cook until it's boiled, then turn the heat down.
Cover with a lid and cook for an hour. Stir occasionally.
Add the rice-shaped pasta, and continue cooking for another 30 mins. If it's dried up before the pasta is cooked, add a bit of hot water.
When the pasta is cooked, the food is ready to serve!
