Greek Beef Stew 希臘番茄紅酒燉牛肉

514

Greek beef stew made with tomato sauce and red wine, this is one of Mr. 197’s favorite dish. I usually don’t like to eat too much meat, but I like the rice-shaped pasta (Orzo/Risoni pasta) that goes with it.

This dish is very hearty, especially during cold wintertime. But we basically eat it all year round. This is a dish that has very little hands-on time, which is perfect when we are working from home. I can just leave the food in the pot, and just check it from time to time.

We have some leftover wine, so we decided to pour some in for the dish. But if you prefer not to have wine, you can skip it too! But of course, wine always enhances the flavors, so give it a try and it will definitely make it better!
