Double Chocolate Oreo Ice-cream

A quick and simple recipe for homemade ice-cream!

Ingredients

  • 200 g Whipped cream Keep cold.
  • 50 g Condensed milk Increase/reduce based on the sweetness you like.
  • 30 g Dark chocolate If you like it sweeter, feel free to use milk chocolate or white chocolate.
  • 20 g Pure Chocolate Powder
  • 3 pieces Oreo

Instructions

  • Melt the chocolate with a double boiler or in a microwave.
  • Remove the cream from the oreo. Break the biscuits into small pieces.
  • Put the cold whipped cream, condensed milk and pure chocolate powder in a big mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer to beat on low speed for 1 min. Then change to high speed and beat it until stiff peak formed.
  • Add the melted chocolate and oreo to the mixture. Fold it in until just mixed.
  • Put the mixture in a container that can put in the freezer. Then leave it in the freezer overnight. Enjoy it the next day with your favorite toppings!
