Mix all the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, salt) together.
Mix all the wet ingredients (milk & egg, vanilla extract) together in a separate bowl.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry one. Mix until just combined.
Heat up a non-sticky pan. Scoop one tablespoon of mix to the pan. Wait for 1 min, and flip to the other side. Repeat for all the mix. As you cook, the pan will get hotter, reduce the heat gradually to avoid burning the pancakes.
Serve with your favourite toppings.
