Continuing my soft bread making laboratory, this time I made this beautiful braided bread.
Having some fresh thyme at home, I was thinking to make some bread with it. I found some recipe online using Rosemary or mixed herbs, but I decided to combined a few recipe, and created my personal one, which ends up smelling super great and taste super delicious!
About two weeks ago, I was in a cafe and saw some Lemon Chocolate Muffins. They looked really yummy but I thought it shouldn’t be too hard to make and I wanted to make some myself. So I looked for recipes online, but I couldn’t find many that actually look good. (I want to make something that is delicious and looks great.)
Bread baking is one of the untouchables in my kitchen. I lost count how many times I was trying to bake bread, and they are merely edible – nothing great, I don’t even want to tell anyone I baked that. But with the never-give-up attitude, I decided to give it another try this weekend.
