We bought a super delicious french apple tart from a French bakery the other day, which inspired us to make our own apple tart with puff pastry too! We love the thin layers from the pastry, but also from the apples!
As long as you have some puff pastry, the rest is super easy! This time we decided to make our own puff pastry, but it will work equally well if you use frozen ones!
If you have a sweet apple, then you can use even less sugar! This mini apple tart is really easy to make, try it out and share with us how it works out for you!
