Quick and Easy Japanese Curry Chicken
Japanese curry chicken is one of Mr Salt’s favourite Asian cuisine. He loves spicy food in particular. Many times when I ask him, ”What do you want to eat?”, he will reply, ”Japanese curry chicken”. Once I asked him “Honestly, do you really like curry chicken? Or this is one of the only dishes you can name?” He replied with an embarrassed smile, “It’s the latter one.”
Favourite Famous Burger
This is a Mr. Salt’s burger recipe, but written by Ms. Sugar. We learnt this recipe from a colleague. When I tried it for the first time from my colleague’s home, I felt it was so delicious, so juicy, tastier than any burger I ever had. (To be honest, I didn’t eat a lot of burgers before. I am not really a meat lover.) The combination of the meat, veggies, burgers…is just right. This is so yummy that I have to ask my colleague for her secret recipe, and request Mr. Salt to make it at home again.

It looks nice and easy to decorate, so I decided to adapt it and give it a try.
