Chicken on Grilled Pan

Trying to eat ‘cleaner’ and lose some extra fat, we decided to cook more lean meat – chicken, turkey or fish than red meat. Quickly grill a chicken fillet on a grilled pan (sauce pan will actually work too!) is one of our favorites after a long and tired day at work.

Simply buy a few chicken fillets at the supermarket, this dish will be ready in less than 10 mins. You can eat this along with salad, rice or potatoes. Fast and easy!
