5 ingredients, 1 food processor/blender, 1 jar of fresh homemade PESTOOOOO!
NOM!
This weekend we are making homemade burgers for dinner! Other than ketchup, mustard, mayo, BBQ sauce…etc, we find Pesto is a delicious alternative to go along with the burgers. It gives some fresh taste from meaty burger patty!
Instead of spending 2-3euro to buy a jar of pesto, we decided to use 1 euro to buy the basil plant back home. 5-10 mins, TADAAAA, Pesto ready, put back in a Pesto jar (which we bought before…), having a fresh jar of Pesto which can be used up to next 7 days!

2. Taste if you like it
Add more oil if you think the texture it’s too rough, I personally dislike too much oil.
Add more salt/pepper if it don’t taste good enough.
